REQUIREMENTS
- One full-face captured passport photo.
- The passport as well as all the copies of your previous visas.
- Travel visa insurance policy.
- A cover letter explaining the purpose of your visit.
- A short profile of your working place (company/organization).
- Current bank statements
- A letter from ones employer describing the purpose of the travel.
- The invitation letter from the partner company in the other country.
- Flight ticket reservations
- Proof of Accommodation
- If there were previous trade relations between the two companies proof of such an event.
- Current Passport as well as old old passports
- One photograph
- Visa Fee
- Financial Documents
- Family Documents e.g Family photographs of close family.
- Documents about the family (e.g., marriage certificate, birth certificates of any children, etc.)
- Your family tree chart that shows your close relatives’ names, ages, professions and the addresses.
- Cover letter highlighting the nature of the visit, reason for travel.
- Current passport (with at least 6 months validity)
- Completed visa application form
- Confirmation of online payment
- 2 passport size pictures
- Letter of invitation from host accepting full immigration responsibility
- Data page of host passport,
- Confirmed hotel reservation, if the applicant is not staying with host
- Evidence of funds to cover stay.
- Valid travel passport
- Two coloured passport sized photograph
- Three coloured copies of data page
- Colour photocopy of any previous and current visa
- A copy of personal details
- Evidence of employment or business activity
- Employment letter & last promotion letter
- Payslip (three current consecutive months)
- Six months’ bank statement
- Leave letter
BUSINESS OWNERS:
- Business incorporation/registration and any other evidence of business undertaking;
- Six months’ statement of account (corporate account holders must show proof of ownership of the business and must be signatory to the account)
- Evidence of proof of hotel reservation & flight booking
- Any other documents to support your application
- Visa fee
